This page was definitely time consuming with the detailed backgrounds, but I can't say I ever felt it was a slog (like I typically feel with backgrounds). Could just be that it's all still fresh, but I think that the inkless style I'm doing this comic in really works for me, productivity-wise. And style-wise I'm having fun with it too!

But ask me how I feel after having to draw Felix's wing cape a million times and then we'll see ;)
